**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity***

The Acute Care team, part of the Delivery Unit within Hospital and Specialist Services, has a programme of work in place to improve system flow. We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to assist our team. Responsible for supporting programme and project management including the delivery of the Acute Care workplan. This role will also provide support to the Programme Manager and wider Acute Care team with day-to-day activities, such as organising meeting, maintaining diaries, and booking travel.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Secondary school NCEA or equivalent
- Certificates and diploma in area relevant to business administration/ project coordination
- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a PMO environment.
- Developed verbal, written and presentation skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to demonstrate skills in developing and maintaining effective internal/external relationships that are essential for achieving sustainable outcomes.
