**The Role**:
SkyCity's exciting VIP Gaming Machines Department is looking for an organised and motivated individual to join their team on a full time basis. The role of VIP Executive Host will be responsible for increasing VIP customer visitation through effective management of VIP customer accounts, nurturing accounts and developing VIP customers, analysing events and activities to maximise effectiveness and ensuring the highest degree of customer service delivery in all areas of the VIP customer experience. We are proud to adhere to our compliance requirement such as AML and deliver on our duty of care to our customers with our Executive Hosts being imperative to supporting our Responsible Gambling programme.

**You**:
As an Executive Host you'll be a positive, outgoing person who has strong communication skills and a high ethical standard. You'll be a self-motivated individual who can act autonomously and are happy dealing with ambiguity as well as change. You'll be someone who enjoys meeting people and generating meaningful trusting relationships. You'll also be a natural planner who loves delivering on goals, targets and deadlines. Casino experience would be advantageous however if you have had experience dealing with top level clients and/or a sales background, this would also be well suited to the role. It would be advantageous if you had the skillset to converse in another language and you'll also need be able to commit to working a 24/7 rotating roster.
