Are you looking for an opportunity to showcase your awesome customer service skills? We have **full time roles available now** in the VIP Gaming Machines Team

**What does a VIP Host do?**
- Build and develop solid relationships with SkyCity's premier Gaming Machine customers
- Assist customers with any booking requests i.e Restaurants, Hotels, travel
- Promote marketing events & activities
- Ensure our customers are gaming responsibly. Proactively monitoring all guests and also acting on continuous play/stay alerts and reports.

**Would you make a good Host? Are you;**
- A friendly and outgoing person who knows how to go the extra mile
- A strong verbal communicator who is comfortable approaching people & making conversation
- Sensitive and empathetic to others needs
- Someone who has pride in their appearance with a professional image
- Over 20 years of age with a good credit history
- Available to work a range of shifts, particularly over nights & weekends on our 24/7 rotating roster
- Someone who has a proven track record in customer facing roles
