**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

Are you someone who often receives commendable feedback from customers, your manager or peers? Do you feel you offer exceptional customer satisfaction each and every time? This exciting opportunity could be perfect for you if you are keen to develop on those skills whilst scoring valuable experience working within our VIP department. This job is all about customer satisfaction Any given day you'll be approaching and checking in with our customers to make sure they are satisfied. You'll become familiar with our patrons and will be able to identify them the next time they visit. You'll ensure that all questions and feedback are dealt with swiftly and professionally and you'll be ahead of the game by anticipating customer needs and coming up with process improvement initiatives. You'll need to be comfortable writing reports and will enjoy assisting with implementing VIP promotions and activities as well as having strong organisational skills to manage customer requests and requirements.

**Mōu | About You**

Maybe you've worked with VIP's before or you've an awareness of the pressures that come with working in a demanding environment, you'll no doubt have an excellent repertoire in customer management and you'll be professional and well presented individual with a good eye for detail with a naturally calm yet efficient demeanour.
- The must-have's:_
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster within a 24/7 environment
- Over 20 years old
- Good credit history
- Able to converse confidently in a second language is preferred.
- Knowledge of casino operation would be advantageous
