**What’s the role?**
As our Customer Success Manager, you play a key role in ensuring our customer satisfaction. You’ll be onboarding them into our chat box technology and providing support every step of the way. You’ll ensure our customers’ expectations are exceeded in every interaction. Broken down that means:
- Contributing towards the post -sales support from implementation through to reporting & managing the relationship through a robust account management plan
- Own the implementation of new customers (more below on this).Ensure onboarding and adoption creates incremental value
- Influence future customer value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores and keeping our partners on track
- Assist in some new business growth, able to identify new opportunities
**What skills or experience you need**
- At least one 2 plus years’ relevant experience in a similar role such as Customer Support / Software Training within a SaaS or internet-based business
- Your a tech savvy self-starter who loves working with customers
- Appreciate working in a small team doing great things
- Be ready for a new challenge
