Our client is the first online marketing tool designed specifically for accountants, bookkeepers and business advisors. They take the complexity out of marketing with access to high quality business advisory content and easy tools to share across their marketing channels with clients and prospects. This allows Professional Service businesses to focus more on doing what they do best, while giving them the confidence to successfully market their business in today’s digital world.
**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to combine and develop your sales, customer success and management skills at a dynamic NZ based SaaS company.
Your role as the Customer Success Manager will be to ensure the users are getting the most out of the service. You will support the subscribers throughout their entire life cycle and assist the marketing team in managing the social presence and on webinars. You will be engaged across the entire business from strategy and product development to marketing with the primary role encompassing customer success and the customer journey.
**To succeed in this role you’ll need**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in face to face or online sales and/or customer support
- Excellent verbal & written communication - able to clearly & concisely describe the steps required to walk a user through a particular function or feature of the product
- Adaptable and able to switch tasks quickly
- Able to work autonomously and proactively action things that need doing
- To be a great problem solver & good at multitasking and finding better ways to do things
- Marketing knowledge and experience with the accounting industry is a bonus
