Our Customer Success team at Cin7 owns all customer revenue. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of business of top accounts within your region. You will be responsible for proactively engaging with your clients to drive product adoption, build deep customer relationships, understand the business, and mitigate risk. We are looking for someone who experiences working directly with customers as a main point of contact and has experience managing through hard conversations to ensure client satisfaction and profitability are maintained.

**What you’ll do**:

- Take full ownership of your customer revenue retention
- Conduct annual business reviews and success planning to ensure full alignment with customers.
- Organize bi-monthly meetings with accounts to stay aligned with their ongoing activities and strengthen the relationship.
- Represent the voice of the customer and understand how our product can better strategically serve our customers.
- Proactively work with your accounts to identify opportunities for deeper adoption and use of our services.
- Review customer technical health scores and make plans for how to improve overall outcomes for the customer to increase retention and expansion

**What you’ll bring**:

- Ability to leverage data to understand customer health and account penetration
- Strong relationship-building experience with top accounts and key stakeholders within the business
- Experience working in a SaaS environment
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Independently own client relationships and able to bring in management when needed
- Understand who the client is and what the client's needs are; be able to provide realistic expectations and objectives and reach an agreement with the client.
- Strong presentation skills, can command the attention of business leaders while providing key data and updates
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role
- Highly organized to ensure all clients receive an ongoing proactive engagement
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to identify and mitigate churn
