**Role Overview**:
As a **Store Manager** at Aariv Trading Limited, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our takeaway food outlets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, maintain operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure timely stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Implement strategies to increase sales and manage store profitability
- Prepare rosters and manage staffing levels according to business needs
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Collaborate with senior management to meet operational and financial targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and help drive continuous improvement

**What We’re Looking For**:

- NZQF Diploma or equivalent OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and stock control
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A valid New Zealand work visa or residency
