We are looking for a People and Performance Partner to join the team based in Wellington.
- Partner with the business to provide fit for purpose P&P advice, support and solutions. Our varied workforce means that one day you might be out on-site getting dirt on your boots, while another will be spent alongside your Regional Leadership team advising and guiding on best practice across P&P.

You will support the implementation and delivery of strategic people plans, deliver day to day operational HR activities, and take ownership of new initiatives.

You’ll have a great deal of variety in your role

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Experience in a business partnering / senior advisor role
- Confidence when communicating across all levels
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to delivery across generalist HR activities
- Working knowledge of HR legislation and processes in particular ER /IR
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Full Class 1 Drivers licence
- Experience within roading, civil works, construction, transport, logistics, infrastructure would be an advantage - however, this is not essential
