**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

Auckland Council’s Corporate Support Services department has an opportunity for a Team Leader - Project and Advisory Support Services to join the team. The sole purpose of the Team Leader role is to provide leadership to the team of project administrators and business advisors that provide support services across a wide range of functions in line with the business needs. Key tasks in this role are to build strong relationships with our key stakeholders to better understand their needs. Another key focus will be on identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with your team to implement a consistent and effective approach.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**
Naturally you will be a strong and supportive leader with at least 3-5 years’ experience leading a support team. You have previous experience in office administration and project management role and the strong ability to manage workloads while maintaining delivery. You will be a confident individual with good organisational, administrative, and customer service skills.
