About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinators to join our Auckland office. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your insurance and coordination expertise to manage and support multiple projects across New Zealand.

You'll play a key role in ensuring projects run efficiently coordinating claims, managing timelines, and supporting Project Managers to deliver successful outcomes. This is a full-time, office-based role (40 hours per week), working within a supportive and high-performing team, with opportunities to develop your skills and work alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and Project Managers to progress claims efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide solutions as required
  • Prepare and finalise project-related documentation, including reports, specifications, letters, and schedules
  • Utilise company software to support accurate project delivery and tracking
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • At least 12 months' experience in a coordination or administrative role preferably within the construction or insurance sectors
  • Experience managing insurance claims is highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and document management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to be available during disasters or emergencies to support clients' urgent needs
