Your contribution as the leader of our new digital push in the media space is to drive product development and foster strong partnerships inside and outside of the business, providing a valuable marketing and engagement tool for our broader wagering business.

**Where and how you can work...**

This postion will be based ideally in NZ however our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. **Your day-to-day...**
- Oversee the creation and execution of compelling and engaging digital content, including videos, articles, and interactive media, to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Identify and explore potential partnerships and collaborations that can enhance the digital presence of the Media Division.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge in the digital space.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure the website and digital platforms provide an intuitive and enjoyable user experience.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.

**About you.**
- Proven experience in a senior digital role, preferably within the media or betting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and user experience best practices.
- Familiarity with the betting landscape and understanding of customer behaviours and preferences in this domain.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
