Due to promotions, this is now your opportunity to grow your career within one of our “big box” format stores based at either Te Rapa or Ruakura. Here you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, while working in a role with heaps of variety and scope to advance your career.

Reporting to the General Manager Retail you will be responsible on empowering your team to provide excellent customer service, ensuring our customers know we are with them all the way and leave our store satisfied they got what they came.

Your key accountabilities will be:

- Developing strategies to increase positive customer experience
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to improve stores sales and profitability
- Promote team culture through adopting appropriate managerial style of leadership, organisation and direction
- Analyse weekly data and feedback from customers
- Liaise with Managers to ensure store goals and targets are being achieved
- Lead Customer Service, Checkout and Loss Prevention teams

We are looking for people who have:

- Retail supervisory experience
- Ability to work as part of a team, and provide direction and leadership, communication is key
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to think ahead and offer innovative solutions
- A passion for customer service excellence
- Good computer skills
- Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
