**The Role**

Our Customer Experience Centre is the hub of knowledge at LIC. Joining the team, you'll provide exceptional phone-based service to our farming customers, educating and supporting our farmers through various LIC products and services.

You'll receive a full and comprehensive training programme to support you in the role, so you'll be able to confidently provide the best support possible to our customers.

**About You**

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on your feet, having had experience in customer service, retail, reception, or hospitality.

Excellent technical and computer skills are required for the role. You'll need to be able to quickly pick-up using different systems and technology and move easily between them while on calls. You'll demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, have high attention to detail, and be able to join the dots and see the big picture.

Confident, proactive, adaptable, and resilient, you'll have excellent communication skills and be able to quickly gather from the customer the heart of their issue and explain any technical information in a way which is easily understood.
