**The Pitch**

Our engineering team here at CCEP is committed to best-in-class maintenance standards, and, right now, we need a Maintenance Team Leader who will continue that commitment. So, if you're a passionate engineer with a strong maintenance management background and commitment to continuous improvement, then we want to talk to you.

**The Role**

Reporting to our Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the maintenance function at the Auckland site by utilising your strong leadership skills and technical expertise. You will lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, ensuring that our machine performance and line efficiencies are maximised through the implementation of best-in-class preventative/predictive maintenance practices. You will maintain a working knowledge of machinery, equipment, and technology, while also focusing on continuous improvement of the plant processes and assisting in the improvement of product quality.

Please note this role is a rotating shift pattern_**_ 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday._**

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong maintenance management background; experience in a FMCG beverage environment would be ideal. You'll need to be trade qualified and have been exposed to best in class maintenance practices in your career. Knowledge of computerised maintenance management systems, ideally with Maximo, as well as your ability to form relationships and communicate with people across all levels of the business and in multiple functions will prove invaluable.
