**About the Role**
We currently have an opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator on a** Fixed Term contract, part-time 30 hours per week** through to the end of the year. In this role you will ensure the smooth coordination of delivery activities, accurate financial administration, effective release management, and stakeholder communication.
**Where you will make an impact**
- Working closely with delivery teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will be supporting agile ceremonies, maintaining delivery hygiene and ensures compliance with internal governance processes.
- You will be instrumental in supporting the operational rhythm of both business-as-usual and project-based work, while continuously seeking opportunities to improve delivery processes.
**About you**
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with budgets, purchase orders and invoices.
- Proven attention to detail
- Positive, supportive and flexible in approach with a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- ** 2-3 years + experience in delivery coordination or project support roles (digital or IT environment a plus)**:
- Exposure to agile delivery practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) is very helpful
- Experience in software delivery an added advantage
