The Role

The GTM Lead is a senior, pivotal role within the Marketing team responsible for the operational, end-to-end success of all product and organised play launch campaigns. This person acts as the central pipeline manager, bridging the strategic vision of the Marketing Director with the execution capacity of the content, creative, and external teams. This role ensures timely delivery, upholds brand quality, and guarantees seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Planning:

  • Deliver the detailed go-to-market strategies and deliverables for all new product, play, and promotional activities in collaboration with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager.
  • Drive and manage the adoption of each Seasonal Plan structure within the marketing team.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions to ideate content for product, promotional and premiere play campaigns and announcements.

Pipeline & Delivery Management:

  • Own the delivery pipeline for all GTM activities by tracking the Marketing team's progress against the established content calendar and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of major campaign deliverables and communicate with key stakeholders progress, updates and key information.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the content production and approval workflow to ensure smooth campaign rollout.
  • Identify areas of optimisation throughout the delivery pipeline to improve campaigns learning from each release/
  • Ensure the successful, on-time delivery of all major go-to-market campaigns for set releases.
  • Support brand oversight to ensure external briefs and final assets align with the overarching GTM strategy.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and the Premier Play and Accounts teams, ensuring marketing briefs are completed, comprehensive, and provided to the Marketing team in a timely and actionable manner.
  • Identify the right content for announcements, updates and community relevant news to create impact and meaningful community updates via strong content.

Brand Quality & Oversight:

  • Act as the brand guardian for all consumer-facing marketing materials, ensuring absolute consistency and quality of assets across social media, website, live streams, and in-store collateral.
  • Work with the Marketing team to elevate marketing materials, driving world-class assets and high production standards.

Team & Operational Support:

  • Support the Marketing Director in day-to-day team operations, stepping up to manage deliverables and workflows.
  • Maintain a holistic view of the department's workload and capacity.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns or program management (ideally using tools like or similar project management platforms).
  • Leadership & Team Management: Experience running small teams or managing production pipelines, with demonstrated ability to motivate creative professionals and meet hard deadlines.
  • Marketing Judgment: Strong understanding of current digital marketing best practices, performance metrics, and excellent editorial judgment regarding marketing assets and brand tone.
  • Industry Context: Experience within the tabletop gaming, TCG, or video game industry is highly preferred, coupled with an understanding of competitive community dynamics.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders, from game designers and casters to external agencies and C-Suite executives.
  • Time Management: Highly organised, meticulous, and capable of overseeing multiple concurrent projects (sets, events, promotions) under pressure.
