**Job Description: Front of House Staff**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House staff member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Manage reservations and coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Provide menus, take orders, and communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including resetting tables and arranging the dining room as needed.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and dietary restrictions to assist guests effectively.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.15 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 15/01/2025
