As we gear up for a busy Summer and Christmas period, The Rusty Bros Bar & Cafe are looking for superstars to join our team. Here, we work together to make every service run smoothly. No matter the role, everyone contributes, supports one another, and takes pride in the guest experience. We value people who lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy being part of a hardworking, close knit team.

We're looking for a Front of House team, including Waiter/Bar Tender and Duty Manager, who bring energy, positivity, and a love for creating memorable experiences.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role. If not, a desire to learn.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends including split shifts and late-night finishes.
  • Taking food and beverage orders, delivering food and drinks and clearing up afterward and cash handling. Barista and cocktail experience would be ideal but can be trained.
  • Good banter and know how to run a friendly and fun night for customers.
