**Job Description**:
As a Department Manager at H&M, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens - on the shop floor. You are responsible for supporting the sales & profit goals by setting a plan for your department to deliver the best customer experience in line with your store. You act in line with our values, always with the mindset of everyone is a leader.

**As a Department Manager at H&M you are**:

- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and motivating others to create the best customer experience
- Ensure store operations and best practice are followed in your department and throughout the store
- Collaborate with the store visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience
- Together with your Store Management team, you set the hours plan for your department in line with the sales budget
- Promote an open feedback culture where giving and receiving feedback helps drive goals forward and is the foundation for helping our people grow

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Experience analysing commercial reports and formulating plans to maximize sales
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development

This is a Full time role based in Sylvia Park Shoppping Centre, reporting to the store manager on either a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday Rotation
