**The Role**

Based at our North Harbour branch, the Fleet Co-Ordinator is responsible for the management and performance of our courier fleet. This role is also critical in the delivery of our premium services to customers, working with the broader management team to ensure service standards are met and exceeded, through the upholding of service level goals and financial targets. Providing hands-on assistance where needed and getting involved with service analysis and reporting, you’ll be at the hub of our team, strengthening the link between our drivers, Operations teams and customers.

This is a fulltime role, working Monday - Friday 9:30am
- 6pm with rostered saturdays.

Key responsibilities include
- Recruiting and maintaining a full fleet of contractor drivers.
- Training drivers towards service excellence
- Regular vehicle audits + Service Level management.
- Annual contractor reviews
- Proven aptitude in leadership - motivating and developing high-performing teams
- A positive and approachable demeanour both with customers and your team
- Experience in working with operational performance metrics
- Knowledge and experience in freight/logistics industries
