**About the Role**
Reporting to the Fleet and Distribution Services Coordinator, Ventia has an exciting opportunity for a Courier Driver / Security Person to join our team based at Palmerston North Hospital. You will be responsible for the daily delivery of items at the Central Alliance Hospital and areas of operations.

**This is a part time position 28 hours total across Monday to Friday (5.6hours per day)**
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to patients, DHB staff, and facilities in a safe, timely manner
- Ensuring manifest documentation is completed correctly and reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and escalating complaints from clients
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries

**About You**
- A Full Class 1 Driver’s Licence and a clean safe driving record.
- Have a minimum of 2 vaccinations and 1 booster shot against COVID-19, as this role is working in the public health sector
- Experience in courier or logistics work will be highly regarded
- Experience working in a healthcare environment will be advantageous
