We're looking for a confident and customer-focused professional who can balance outstanding service with a strong sales mindset. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping grow accounts, maximise opportunities and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, engaging service to customers over the phone and face-to-face
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, upsell services and grow customer accounts
  • Process and manage quotes, enquiries, bookings and follow-ups
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Actively promote services to meet sales targets
  • Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and customer expectations
  • Handle customer and internal correspondence efficiently
  • Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Support the dispatch team with updates and coordination

Skills & Experience

  • Proven customer service experience with a strong sales focus
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and persuade
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Results-driven with initiative and a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems
