This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals to join our vibrant Contact Centre team. This is a foundation level role within the banking industry and a great opportunity to learn about banking and financial service sector from the ground up, with the support of coaches and leaders, helping to set you on a pathway for a successful banking career.

Our contact centre is open 7 days per week 24/7 to we are available for our customers when they need us most. The Overnight shifts we have available are:

- Wednesday to Saturdays 10.30pm - 8am (36 Hours).
- Sunday 4pm - 12.30am, Monday 7pm - 1.30am and Tuesday 7pm - 1.30am (20 hours).
- Thursday 7pm - 1.30am, Friday 7pm - 1.30am and Saturday 4pm - 12.30am (20 hours).

- You're a night owl and have a lifestyle that suits these hours
- Experience working from home independently, and have a suitable home office
- Must have Fibre internet
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre
- An excellent phone manner and communication (both written and verbal)
- You are cool, calm, and collected and passionate about providing advice and support.
- Resilient and thrive in a fast-paced customer environment.
- You are genuinely passionate about delivering stellar customer service.
- Proficient with using technology and multitasking between different systems while actively listening is essential.
- Ultimately, you are a flexible team player with a motivated approach to life, looking to be part of a friendly, positive working environment.

You will need to be available for the full-time training which is 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday for the first three weeks. Training for our remote roles, is done virtually. On week four you will begin your rostered shift.
