**About you**:
With your previous experience in a customer facing role, you will have outstanding verbal and written English, be proficient in the Microsoft packages and enjoy working as part of a team. Exposure in a Science or technical environment (Laboratory) would give you an advantage.

You will be joining a close-knit team working in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You will need to be flexible and agile in responding to changing work demands and have the ability to make positive contributions to our team culture. You will have a forward-thinking mindset of continuous improvement and best practice, to further enhance our customer experience.
