We are part of Fairview Aluminium Windows and Doors which is a leading brand in the industry of aluminium window and door manufacturing and installation. We are based in Auckland and provide quality customised services in Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas.
Currently we are looking for an exceptional and competent Key Account Manager in planning and directing relationship management of our customers and key accounts.
**Hours of work**: 40 hours per week
**The location**: 21 Stonedon Drive East TamakiAuckland
**Your duties may include but not limited to**:
- Design, implement, and periodically review customer service policies to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Implement, and enhance customer service programs and procedures related to windows, doors, and related services, ensuring continuous improvement。
- Maintaining the company's brand image and reputation with customers and the public through all possible avenues
- Plan, manage, and review customer service and after-sales initiatives to maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Oversee after-sales service execution to ensure customer satisfaction, product performance, and continuous improvement in service quality.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate customer service staff to meet key account expectations.
- Provide instructions and feedback to customer service staff and assisting with recruitment
- Coordinate with other company departments and external agencies to meet customer expectations and resolve issues effectively.
- Uphold the Fairview brand image and reputation through effective customer engagement and public relations.
**The requirements for the role**:
- NZQF Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification in business, economics, finance, or any related field focusing on business operations
- Or at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a substitute for the formal qualifications
- Be a person with good communication skills
- Clean police record
- Can pass drug tests
