Transition and Transformation Manager

The Transition and Transformation Manager position has as a main objective the management of the implementation of services and solutions, interacting directly with the customer and leading a large cross-division functional program team.

Device as a Service (DaaS) is a growing business aimed at HP Enterprise and SMB customers providing PC devices - generally under leasing
- along with services required to manage their PC environment. Modern Management Solutions such as HP's Adaptive Endpoint Management (AEM), End User Workplace Services like IMACD, Call to Repair or PC Mass Deployment are examples of Services that HP is accountable for delivering to our often globally dispersed customers.

The TTM is responsible for:
**Responsibilities**
- Establishing and ensuring that appropriate TTM processes are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalating, communications etc.) as listed in the SOW.
- Managing the Transition program for all HP functions (Managed Services, Customer Support, HR, Procurement etc) and co
- ordinates all the PMO internal and external project activities.
- Leading the overall Transition/Transformation team during pre-sales and/or Transition/Transformation phases of the delivery
- Manage/support Transition.
- Manages execution of Transition (project) activities.
- Ensuring that all Transition/Transformation Project Plans are consistent, congruent, and integrate with the overall Deal Project Plan and customer Transition/Transformation plans.
- Lead and manage the execution of the Project Plans.
- Ensure regular reporting and communication of Project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as primary customer interface during Transition/Transformation
- Manage Project Change Requests working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial management for Transition/ Transformation activities, including setting budgets, approving forecasts. NOTE - budgets are set by the OSC and OC - TM collects cost data from Tower Leads.
- Accountable for leading internal breakthrough improvement programmes.
Is seen as an authority and leader in all aspects of transition / transformation activities.
- Be a Coach and Mentor.

**Education and Experience Required**
- 10+ years managing IT/ Transition implementation projects.
- 10+ years industry experience.
- 15+ years Project Management Experience.
- ITIL Certification required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Must have an Undergraduate Degree. (Preferred fields include Business, Computer Science, IT/ IS, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination education or experience)).

- Highly developed project and program management skills applied to global and complex projects and programs, e., large scale deployment/networking.

- Highly developed negotiation skills and ability to influence contract content.
- Manage Transition/ Transformation project financials.
- Manage internal and external project stakeholders

- Deep understanding of business processes.
- Skilled at leading strategic discussions at a CIO / Board level.
- In depth knowledge of Financial Management controls and key financial business fundamentals of Managed Services overall.
- Strong English business language skillset
