In this 24-month fixed term role, you will manage all aspects of the transition and migration of transaction banking customers, ensuring that both the Division's and the Bank's business, profit, and client service objectives are met. You will follow ASB processes and procedures tailored to the project's size and risk profile. Your responsibilities will include working with customers to define project scope, products, and processes, preparing project plans and timelines, and monitoring progress throughout the project. You will also be responsible for action plans, task allocation, prioritization, tracking, and reporting to key stakeholders.

You will ensure that all internal and external stakeholders deliver on project key deliverables on time and to the required level, setting client expectations accordingly. Accurate project status reporting, including regular updates through Salesforce, will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will support the implementation of FastNet Business, CMP, and other platforms or systems as required, providing training and support on complex and technical solutions to both internal and external parties.

Your role will also involve contributing to the generation of proposal documentation and delivering presentations to clients. You will lead and deliver the transition and onboarding process for all Transaction Banking clients, covering the development and implementation of transition project plans and client communication materials. You will be responsible for delivering on transition targets, leading material Transaction Banking transitions from pitch to relationship handover and coordinating deliverables across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure good customer outcomes. Staying updated on new developments in customer trends and technology will be essential to your success in this role.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

  • Proven experience in project management or general banking management, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Transaction Banking, including the operational requirements involved in delivering complex Transaction Banking solutions.
  • A high level of attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and a proactive approach.
  • Strong motivation and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong presentation skills.
