**About the role**

As the C&I Transformation Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing Genesis' technology and data systems, driving the innovative Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformative business initiatives, foster collaboration, and shape the future of Genesis' operational capabilities. Working closely with the C&I leadership team, you will oversee the planning and delivery of the C&I Transformation Programme to ensure alignment with Gen35 strategic goals.

In this role you will:

- Support and inspire a high-performing team to deliver transformative business initiatives.
- Plan and oversee the delivery of projects within the C&I strategic initiative roadmap.
- Establish and support a robust programme governance frameworks.
- Develop and continually drive progress toward the Programme's goals and strategic value.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the development of market-leading C&I apps and platforms.

**Please note this will be a 2-year fixed term position ending March 2027.**

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who excels in technology transformation and stakeholder management.
- Extensive experience in enabling teams in technology transformation.
- Significant experience in stakeholder management and lifting business maturity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives and governance frameworks.
- Experience in managing complex projects and driving change management efforts.
