The Content & SEO team plans and executes customer first content across our owned digital channels. They also enhance the business processes, platforms, channels and the ways of working to maximise customer experience and,

Joining our Content Chapter you will be responsible for
- Innovation, quality and channel health of direct Communications,
- Creating and governing the contact strategy & engagement across our digital experience,
- The content strategy and guidelines for direct communications

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
This role reports to our Content Chapter Lead and is responsible for developing and delivering an engaging content experience across our direct communications, as well as leading, coaching and mentoring other content team members in this space.

This is an exciting opportunity, if you are interested to
- Increase personalisation, customer engagement and incremental sales across all direct communications channels and platforms.
- Support the integration of new initiatives, tools and platforms including training and process documentation.
- Develop and govern contact and content strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of our digital content and channel content strategies.
- Work cross-functionally to forecast upcoming campaigns and govern content into the right templates and channels.

**About You | Mōu
We are looking for an autonomous manager and a self driven individual who can identify and drive opportunities to increase customer engagement and suggest and execute improvements to business processes, platforms and channels etc.

To succeed in this role you will,
- Be data driven with confidence in your abilities.
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bring in years of marketing communications experience.
- Come with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
- Be innovative and always look for new ways to delight internal customers and provide business improvements.
