We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. You will join a fun and exciting culture with a real focus on interior design and innovative trends. We are a NZ owned business with a premium position in the market, so elevating the brand to a high standard is incredibly important.

Based in Mount Wellington, this position is full-time on a 12 month maternity cover. Set your own working hours with flexible start and finish times, and the option to include some work from home days. On-site is an open plan office with an emphasis on collaboration, people and culture.

In this varied role you will be heading all digital direction for the business, including website, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and PR, while also contributing to the overall marketing strategy and direction.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing a leading-edge website, driving it forward with new initiatives and innovations
- Managing social media channels, engaging with the online community, and building a captive audience
- Creating engaging and original content, as well as driving user-generated content
- Managing agency relationships, ensuring digital media buying strategy is optimal
- Assisting on photoshoots of clients’ homes, based all over the country
- Coordinating PR, working with customers, NZ influencers and media
- Analysing data and performance to make regular improvements
- Contributing to the marketing and advertising strategy and direction
- Website CMS, UX design, EDM build
- Experience with Social Media content creation and understanding of media buying
- 3+ years experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Advanced skills in Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
- An eye for quality, consistency and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in interior design, a creative outlook, and a technical and analytical mindset
