New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation Full time

Are you passionate about digital communications and interested in helping make ACC a great place to work?
- Keen to join a team and organisation that makes a difference to New Zealanders’ lives every day?

**Mō tenei tūrana mahi | About this role**

The Content Advisor is a newly created role in our growing Internal Communications function, which sits within our recently refreshed People & Culture Group.

As the Content Advisor, you’ll be supporting the Internal Communications team to create and deliver internal channel content and engagement strategies to help connect our people to our purpose and to each other. You’ll oversee our digital internal communications channels, source, write and edit news and stories, deliver content campaigns, and provide expert advice to internal customers across the business. Reporting to the Manager, Internal Communications, and working closely with a supportive team of specialists, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn and develop, while sharing your knowledge of content creation and how to engage audiences through digital channels.

You’ll be joining ACC at a pivotal time as we introduce a new organisational strategy, bring to life the innovative new operating model for our People and Culture function, and celebrate fifty years of ACC

**Ko wai koe | About you**

You’ll come from a communications and engagement or similar role that includes content creation and channel management. You’ll have experience in using and understanding contemporary digital channels and tools (we use M365 and SharePoint).

You’ll bring excellent storytelling, writing and editing skills, be naturally collaborative, and have good planning, organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. You’ll know how to convey sometimes technical information in a way that’s easy to understand for a wide range of audiences. You’ll have experience working with multimedia, including video, or be open to learning, and will understand the importance of measurement to continuously improving our approach. Most of all you’ll enjoy working with a supportive team, in a fast-paced environment that offers plenty of challenge and variety.

**Working at ACC**:

- Employee networks to support our colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- The option to explore flexible working that suits your needs and ours.
- Development opportunities in te reo Māori me ngā tikanga.
