Join us on our journey as we extend, adapt and improve our products. Opportunities range from enhancing our backend services and in some places complete re-engineering new versions. Come and help us find new and innovative ways to build well-crafted software that delights customer and relish the opportunity to bring your creativity as we become a global player. **Requirements**: This is a permanent full-time role where you'll bring your experience in: - Large, complex and fast-paced teams, across multiple environments. - Back End Development - ideally aligned to our tech stack / WoW as closely as possible: - C# and Web API (or similar) - We really want to see demonstrable passion for BE tech - Azure infrastructure and platform services - Authentication - Observability - Logging - Working with the team to identify and implement improvements in our processes, practices and product - Experience within an Agile environment. - Working in a “build it and run it” environment where engineering teams build, deploy, monitor and support their components that they own. - Leading design and adoption of modern technical practices such as DDD, TDD, CI/CD, pair-programming and mob-programming. - Mentoring and coaching other engineers.
