About the role | Mō te tūnga The Coordinator, People Services is part of the People Services team whose work is to advise and support leaders on a wide range of people matters so they can be successful, deliver an exceptional people experience, and build a thriving community. This is a permanent role, located opposite Wellington train station. Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the operational delivery of initiatives across the People Services team, including performance and remuneration, capability development, talent and succession, change management, employment relations, health and safety, wellbeing, and organisation development.
- Maintaining employment documentation and records, and contributing to regular people reporting
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of our people policies, guidelines and information.

We are a small team of generalists and specialists which means you get the opportunity to be involved in a varied and wide range of work. The salary range for this role is $64,000 - $72,000 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution Ō wheako, ō pukenga | About you
- End-to-end recruitment and/or HR administration experience
- Customer service focus with the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships
- Sound technology and information management skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
- The ability to juggle and prioritise competing deadlines
- Ability to work through issues in a logical and systematic way, with an eye for process improvement
