Our People team focuses on building Kiwibank's culture and making Kiwibank one of the best places to work in Aotearoa. In this role you will provide exceptional support across our People Team functions. You will assist in a wide range of activities, including the day-to-day administration for the People Team and the business, primarily via digital channels. You will work collaboratively with others within the People Division to ensure timely, high-quality advice and support.

This is a highly administrative role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a busy administration or coordination environment. If you have had exposure within a people team that would be highly beneficial.

  • Confident and experienced with administrative processes, systems and technology
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate and high quality work
  • Well developed communication skills with the ability and confidence to engage with people across all levels of the business
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines whilst remaining organised and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills with proven ability to 'join the dots'
