**About you**:
We are looking for a friendly, fun and motivated Coordinator to join our Ohu Tangata whanau at Te Tahu Hauora.

This is an entry level position, we don't expect lots of experience and expertise and we are committed to your growth and development in the wonderful world of people experience in the workplace. Therefore, to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate that you have:

- Experience working in people/HR administration
- Working knowledge and exposure to people practices and processes
- Experience with payroll processes and/or processing would be advantageous as would experience in iPayroll
- excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in plain language
- ability to manage competing priorities, flexibility and to adjust as priorities change
- well-developed personal organisational skills

**About the role**

The purpose of this position is to provide general People, Culture and Capability related support on a day-to-day basis, contributing to the efficient and effective provision of activities across the organisation. This position is also responsible for payroll administration and fortnightly pay processing.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Payroll: Fortnightly payroll processing and information/data upkeep. Payroll reporting as required
- Team Support and Coordination: Support the People, Culture and Capability team with delivery of operational and strategic initiatives.
- Induction and onboarding: welcoming new employees to Te Tahu Hauora by taking a leading role in providing them with relevant information and documentation
- General people related processes and documentation: Everyday upkeep and maintenance of people related records, processes and policies.
