**About The Role**

Whānau Tahi is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join the team full-time. You will bring your knowledge and experience across traditional waterfall and agile delivery models to lead and enable our teams to deliver business value for our customers effectively. Promote and foster the growth and understanding of agile values, behaviours and a desire for continuous improvement within and across the teams. Shifting the project delivery from a traditional project tracking/status update focus to an empirical-based performance focus.

**Your Skills & Experience**

We are also looking for the following competencies:

- Agile framework qualifications - **Kanban, Lean, Scaled Agile (SAFe), ICAgile;**:

- Project management qualifications - **Degree, PRINCE2 or PMI**:

- Proven facilitation skills
- A strong team player who achieves great outcomes by promoting transparency.
