Grow your HR skill set
- Vibrant industry, great culture
- CBD location
Strong culture. A broad range of interesting HR work. Getting to roll up your sleeves and deliver a great customer experience. Plenty of flexibility. And the chance to spread your wings and take on more responsibility. If this is what you’re after, then read on
**Great things about this role you should know**
The culture of this business is fantastic People love the industry and are passionate about their work. There is plenty of flexibility on offer - two days in the CBD based office and three days WFH is what most people do, but your suggestion about a different work structure is also up for negotiation. All this, and you’ll get to grow your HR skills and take your career to the next level
**What you’ll be involved in**
This is a hands-on, operational P&C Advisor role. Reporting to a Head of P&C, as a team of two, you’ll look after the full HR remit for this multi-site, nationwide business. This will cover everything from culture initiatives, succession planning and talent management through to supporting managers with ER issues and recruitment. As this is a small team, you’ll also be happy to draft documents, manage HR information in spread sheets and just generally keep HR admin ticking over as part of your day to day role.
**Skills, experience and approach you’ll bring**
You’re an adaptable and approachable person with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Providing a great service to your customers is at the centre of everything you do.
You have already gained experience in an HR coordinator or junior HR advisor role, including working through basic ER issues end to end, and are ready to enjoy more autonomy. You take a continuous improvement approach and enjoy seeing how you can make HR processes more efficient.
This is a vibrant and down to earth environment, where people have a sense of humour - so you’ll know that this type of environment brings out the best in you
To be eligible for this role, you’ll need to have the right to work in New Zealand.
