**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Midwife Clinical Coach to support and mentor midwifery staff in delivering high-quality maternity care. This role focuses on coaching, guiding, and empowering midwives to enhance their clinical practice, ensuring excellence in patient care and professional development.

**About you**

To be considered for this role we are looking for someone with clinical experience in midwifery with strong communication and leadership skills.

You will also need the following key attributes and skills:

- New Zealand Registered Midwife with a current practicing certificate.
- Passionate about mentoring and professional development.
- Completed or participating in postgraduate education
- Knowledge of programme development
- Ability to plan, implement and evaluate an individual coaching plan
- Commitment to patient-centred and evidence-based care.
