**Clinical Midwife Coordinator**
**Permanent, Part-time Position Available**
**32 hours per fortnight (0.4FTE)**
An exciting opportunity has presented for an experienced midwife to join our Clinical Midwife Coordinator (CMC) team in Maternity services.
You will work rostered, rotating shifts providing day to day clinical support, leadership and coordination of staff, systems and resources alongside a team of CMCs and Senior Midwives in Maternity Services.
As a CMC, you are the central point of communication across the inpatient maternity services, maintaining patient flow and ensuring safe and timely admissions, transfer/retrievals and discharges.

We encourage a workforce that is innovative, eager to learn and enhance their skills, and is passionate about caring for our community and improving health outcomes by providing a wrap around, culturally safe, positive experience for women and whanau by supporting their strength and abilities.
Required strengths:

- Strong focus on addressing health inequities and improving health outcomes for Māori, Pasifika and other vulnerable groups
