**80 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE)**

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to lead our clinical pharmacy team at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay.

We are a collaborative and supportive team looking for a colleague and leader who shares our values of Respect, Partnership, Care and Improvement.

We are interested in hearing from Pharmacists with hospital or other relevant clinical experience who are enthusiastic in developing and delivering pharmacy services and leading and growing the pharmacy staff.

In this role your responsibilities will include the co-ordination and collaborative development of the clinical pharmacy service. You will provide coaching and mentoring of our Pharmacists, Intern Pharmacist and wider pharmacy team, while also providing managerial support to the Hospital Pharmacy Manager. You will be someone who finds reward in contributing to the improvement and development of medicines services to the hospital, and working with our colleagues in a multidisciplinary approach to deliver great patient care.
