The Marketing Information Analyst role is pivotal in understanding and enhancing customer journeys, driving lead volume, and boosting conversion rates across our sales funnels.

**Who would suit this role?**

This position is ideal for an analytical thinker with a knack for extracting valuable insights from data. If you have a strong background in statistical analysis, coupled with experience in marketing and customer data platforms, you could be the perfect fit.

**What does the role entail?**

As a Marketing Information Analyst, you will work closely with the Senior Information Analyst to:

- Analyze and interpret customer journey data
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
- Increase lead generation and conversion rates
- Utilize various data sources to uncover actionable insights
- Maintain data collection structures

**What do we need from you?**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Analysis
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Statistical Analysis
- Legal right to work in NZ as defined by Immigration NZ
- At least 3 years' experience in statistical analysis within a marketing context
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data retrieval and analysis is a plus
