**He aha te mahi? What's the role?**:
Reporting directly to the Head of IBP Capability, this newly created role is critical in enhancing our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) operations. You will oversee two key functions: IBP master data administration and the coordination of global process cadence and system workflows. Your work will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our planning inputs, directly contributing to the success of our market planning teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Communicate monthly process timelines and organise and schedule IBP meetings for the next six months.
- Manage the Global IBP calendar, incorporating financial forecast plans and coordinating various functions.
- Work with the Global Allocations Lead to coordinate pre-season meetings, including scheduling and preparation.
- Oversee monthly planning round workflows within SAP IBP.
- Track and report on process adherence, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Manage master data within SAP IBP.
- Handle the CMIR (customer material information records) process, support users with queries, and manage change requests.
- Coordinate and track project progress, assigning tasks, monitoring deadlines, and facilitating team communication.
- Manage the IBP service desk, triaging incidents and user queries.
- Report monthly IBP support statistics and support the IBP Centers of Excellence team with administrative tasks.

- A Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in supply or demand planning.
- Proficiency in managing processes using workflow management tools.
- Familiarity with planning systems, specifically SAP IBP, is advantageous.
- Experience in master data administration.
- General knowledge of IBP/S&OP processes.
- Flexibility in working hours.
