**He aha te mahi? What's the role?**:
We're seeking a dynamic Demand and Supply Planning Specialist to lead the global standardisation and continuous enhancement of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. In this role, you'll work with a diverse group of global and in-market stakeholders to drive the implementation, understanding, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of Zespri's IBP systems and procedures. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in ensuring IBP becomes a cornerstone of our business strategy, helping us achieve new levels of success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting markets with refining and embedding all IBP processes; demand planning, supply planning and Zespri's IBP /ITP meeting cadences
- Working with stakeholders to wrap a clear process around existing and new functionality/processes
- Creation and Management of Zespri’s IBP Training Matrix to for all IBP training requirements across all users and supporting an IBP training program for onboarding new employees
- Supporting the creation of a super user network across global and markets Supporting markets with identification and resolution of issues of market plans
- Supporting markets with SAP IBP queries, how to and trouble shooting
- Supporting the creation of a super user network across global and markets
- Supporting markets with managing their planning parameters and identification of opportunities to improve planning outputs
- Identification and management of IBP continuous improvement opportunities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with exceptional communication skills and strong analytical abilities, who can effectively influence stakeholders across the organisation. You will also meet the following criteria:

- Proven experience in S&OP and IBP processes, either within Zespri or externally (5 years), as either a senior supply/demand planner and/or led an S&OP/IBP process
- Familiarity with end-to-end IBP systems and technical solutions, such as SAP IBP, is beneficial
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Professional certifications related to demand forecasting, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning (advantageous)
- Demonstrated proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and processes
- Experience collaborating in multi-functional, multicultural teams across various geographies
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and connecting complex information
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel internationally, reflecting the global nature of the role.
