Ipmo Process Coordinator

**He aha te mahi? What's the role?**:
This is a newly created role in the Innovation team, supporting the innovation process as part of the Innovation Project Management Office (IPMO). The role is also responsible for ongoing improvement of supporting processes and systems.

Reporting directly to the Innovation PMO Manager, the core responsibilities of the role will include;
- Provide innovation process assistance to the Innovation Team.
- Maintain data in project management system (workflow, contract stage, project stage).
- Monitor project progression to ensure projects complete all stages of the Innovation process.
- Coordinate preparations for Innovation Steering Committee and Board Innovation Sub-Committee meetings.
- Help the innovation team access and secure cross-functional resources; coordinate these needs across portfolios and Zespri Global Teams.
- Support stakeholder engagement, including communications with research providers, growers and technical representatives supporting trials.
- Help implement and operate a lean knowledge management process and system integrated with the innovation process.
- Provide general support as required to the IPMO and innovation leaders, to achieve targeted innovation outcomes.

You will meet the following selection criteria:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in related roles, preferably within a business environment, innovation, project process management, contract management.
- Functional experience in project management, administration, coordination.
- Strong organisational and project management skills within cross-functional teams.
- Strong relating and networking abilities.
- Growth mindset with personal flexibility and the capacity for driving or responding to change, dealing with ambiguity, and adapting to suit different circumstances / cultures, working across time-zones etc. Strong communication skills and capability to build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.**He aha e tika ai a Zespri?
