**Hours, Location and Duration**:

- 40 hours per week
- Mondays to Fridays standard business hours
- This is a Permanent full time role
- No weekend or evening work required
- This role requires 100% work from office
- Office based Manurewa, South Auckland
- Plenty of parking

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- You'll be assisting them with everything in the customer service cycle
- Taking inbound calls
- Processing product orders
- Ensuring orders are delivered within the correct time-frames
- Processing credit notes
- Verifying pricing and discounts
- Dealing with customer issues
- Responding to website enquiries
- Dealing with technical queries from merchants

**About you**:

- You'll be passionate about providing the best service to customers
- You'll need phone-based Customer Service experience
- You'll absolutely buzz in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Your multi-tasking skills will be well-honed
- You'll be able to keep a calm head in a pressure-cooker
- Your verbal & written comms must be clear and grammatically correct
- Fast & accurate data entry skills are crucial
- You will be the absolute Team Player in every respect
- Applications only open to NZ Citizens or NZ Residents as per company policy
- Background checking will include reference checks, Data entry testing, Police Check and Drug & Alcohol testing.
