Based in South Auckland, our client is looking for a junior customer services administrator for a freight and logistics company
NOTE - this is a part time role - 9am - 4 : 30 pm
Whats required ?
- Maximizing customer’s experience by providing accurate information and reliable and consistent service levels.
- The ability to co-operate and get along with people from all walks of life and work well within a team
- Maintain and monitor data management system according various schedules and requests.
- General administration and data entry
- Manage all customer enquiries ensuring their service expectations are met.
- Ensure productivity and customer service improvement targets are understood and achieved.
- Maintain the upkeep of chep/loscam pallet movement.
- Assist with creating daily Manifest Reports as required for line-haul units when requested by the manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed:
- Reasonable level of geographical knowledge of New Zealand.
- Office and phone etiquette
- Customer Service experience
- Passion and Energy
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving skills.
- A fun friendly demeanor, with humour as a side order
- Experience in the freight industry would be preferred
