ABOUT THE ROLE:
All aspects of Exterior Building Wash, Window Cleaning, Gutter Clearing, Roof Wash and Moss & Mould Treatment.
- Use of Waterfed Poles, Scrubbing, Waterblasting, Blading and Squeegeeing.
- Operation of various Elevated Work Platforms (including Scissor Lifts, Cherry Pickers, Boom Lifts etc)
- Providing leadership, support and supervision of the Technicians
- Every day will vary as you get out and about around Bay of Plenty leading your team to complete jobs allocated to you by our Operations Coordinator
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience in Job or Project Management within a trades industry
- Extensive experience in exterior building cleaning.
- Minimum 2 years leading teams and supervising people
- Ability to motivate and lead teams from the front
- Goal and target driven, strong ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting and time management skills
- Site Safe Passport, Working at Heights and EWP License ideal
- Reliable, honest and self-motivated
- Strong Health & Safety focus
- Full Class 1 Driver licence
