Our Higgins Asphalt team is growing in the Bay of Plenty which means we have an exciting opportunity for a Leading Hand to join and help lead a new Asphalt Paving team.
This is a leadership role where you can still be hands on You will be leading your paving crew of 7 staff and will be 2IC to the Foreman. You will need some industry knowledge and skill, a desire to grow in a leadership role, be keen to train, learn, advance and be a confident communicator. We can teach you everything else and support you to develop and grow.

- Ideally you will have basic computer literacy to manage your workload
- Reliable, honest team player who leads from the front
