We're seeking a Team Lead Tenancy at Accessible Properties in Tauranga. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our tenancy relationship management team. It's about more than just overseeing operations—it's about inspiring our team to do their best work, coaching them along the way as well as guiding us towards our strategic objectives with your leadership.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from overseeing day-to-day operations to developing strategies and coaching team members. Through your efforts, we aim to deliver exceptional tenancy management services and cultivate positive relationships with our tenants, team, and stakeholders.
